SentryWorld named to GOLF’s Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World for 2026

STEVENS POINT, WIS (Sep 21, 2026) – SentryWorld has been named to GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World for 2026, earning a place alongside leading golf destinations from around the globe.

From championship golf to Wisconsin hospitality, SentryWorld is one of just 25 United States resorts named to the list. It also joins three other Wisconsin properties among the Top 100.

The honor reflects an experience that extends beyond championship golf. SentryWorld brings together its golf course, The Inn, restaurants, and event spaces to create a destination rooted in Wisconsin hospitality.

The Top 100 selection comes as SentryWorld continues to strengthen its presence on the national golf stage. The property has hosted major championships and elite amateur events while drawing players, spectators, and visitors to Stevens Point.

Sentry is continuing to invest in the experience that has helped establish SentryWorld as a destination for golfers and championship events.

In 2027, Jay Blasi will return to SentryWorld to guide planned updates to the golf course. Blasi brings extensive knowledge of the property through his work on previous SentryWorld renovations, giving him a strong understanding of the course and its evolution.

The planned work will focus on enhancing the golfer experience while preparing SentryWorld for future championship events. The property is scheduled to host the 2028 U.S. Senior Women’s Open and the 2034 U.S. Senior Open, which will be the fourth and fifth USGA championships held at SentryWorld.

Being named to GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Golf Resorts adds another milestone as SentryWorld continues to evolve as a golf and hospitality destination—and prepares for the next chapter of championship golf in Stevens Point.
