  • What amenities does your resort offer?

    Our 18-hole championship golf course is at the heart of our property. On the course, each leisurely paced round—set at 20-minute tee time intervals—includes unlimited food and beverages at our two on-course refreshment stations as part of our fully inclusive experience. Off the course, you can dine at our three restaurants; enjoy tennis, volleyball, and pickleball inside our Fieldhouse; or stay at our luxury boutique hotel and rent e-bikes to check out the natural beauty of the area.

  • Do you have onsite catering options?

    Yes, we offer diverse options made with the freshest ingredients for traditional sit-down meals, vibrant buffets, or chic cocktail receptions. Our award-winning team will create menus that align perfectly with your event’s theme and guests’ dietary preferences.

  • Do you have guestrooms onsite?

    Yes, The Inn at SentryWorld, our boutique hotel, has 64 luxurious rooms. If you’re planning for more guests, we have an amazing partnership with hotels in the area that could provide more than 450 rooms—all within a five-minute driving distance from SentryWorld.

  • When is golf available?

    Our golf course is open from June 1–September 30. Contact our sales team if you’re interested in adding a golf element to your event.

  • Do you do golf outings/corporate tournaments for fundraising?

    Yes, we encourage you to host a golf outing as part of your meeting or event. Close your executive meeting with a round on the course or offer an outing as an activity during your conference. Golfing at SentryWorld is a fully inclusive experience with a relaxed pace of play and handcrafted food and beverages included with the price of each round. Our events team will help you work out the details.

  • How many people can you accommodate?

    We offer flexible options for groups from 2 to 3,000. Our committed team is happy to talk through how we can best accommodate your event needs.

  • Are your audio-visual services owned and operated by you directly?

    Yes, we have a full staff of trained production and IT professionals for your peace of mind. They are here to build your program estimates and talk through the best options to enhance your event and make operations seamless.
