You and your team must qualify during one of the two qualifying events to participate in the championship.

Championship schedule

*Please note all times are dependent upon the number of teams in each division. Tournament organizers may need to modify times and will notify players as soon as the registration closes.

Friday – March 12

Women’s and Men’s Divisions open play/practice.

Welcome dinner provided for Saturday’s participants.

Saturday – March 13

Breakfast provided—grab-and-go food available for all participants.

9 a.m. – Women’s Doubles pool play starts.

9 a.m. – Men’s Doubles pool play starts.

Lunch provided.

1 p.m. – Women’s Doubles Gold Round and Silver Round.

1 p.m. – Men’s Doubles Gold Round and Silver Round.

Following Saturday competition – Mixed Doubles open play/practice.

Welcome dinner provided for Sunday’s participants.

Sunday – March 14

Breakfast provided—grab-and-go food available for all participants.

9 a.m. – Mixed Doubles pool play starts

Lunch provided.

1 p.m. – Mixed Doubles Gold Round and Silver Round.

Tournament format

*Please note registration will close when team limits are reached. The number of pools and/or teams in pools may change, at the discretion of the Tournament Sponsor, depending on the number of registered teams in each division for each qualifying event.

Women’s and Men’s Divisions

16-team limit for each division at each qualifying event.

  • Assuming a full field, doubles teams will be seeded in 4 pools.

  • Teams will play each team in a match that consists of the best of 3 games to 11 in each pool.

  • Teams will then be placed into either the Gold or Silver Rounds based on results:

    • Gold Round: Gold Round top teams will compete to advance, with the top two teams from each pool invited to the championship event.

    • Silver Round: Silver Round top teams will compete for Silver Round championship only (no prize awarded for this championship).

Mixed Division

32-team limit at each qualifying event.

  • Assuming a full field, doubles teams will be seeded in 8 pools.

  • Teams will play each team in a match that consists of the best of 3 games to 11 in each pool.

  • Teams will then be placed into either the Gold or Silver Rounds based on results:

    • Gold Round: Gold Round top teams will compete to advance, with the top two teams from each pool invited to the championship event.

    • Silver Round: Silver Round top teams will compete for qualifying tournament championship only (no prize awarded for this championship).
