Sentry Seeks Input for SentryWorld Sports Center
Online Survey and Listening Sessions Planned to Solicit Community Opinions
STEVENS POINT – What activities, events and sports opportunities should be available at the remodeled SentryWorld sports center?
Area residents have a chance to weigh in. As remodeling planning is undertaken, Sentry Insurance is asking the community to share ideas.
"We want the renovated SentryWorld sports center to be a community resource," said Pete McPartland, Sentry chairman of the board, president and CEO. "The best way to do that is to ask our neighbors what they envision. What kind of community and cultural events should we host? What sports and activities should be offered? We have the opportunity to incorporate the best ideas into our planning."
Residents can provide feedback in two ways, through an online survey or in person by attending a community listening session.
The online survey, SentryWorld Survey, is located on the SentryWorld.com website and will remain open through Friday, November 8th.
Three community listening sessions are scheduled:
Registration is required to speak at the listening sessions. Interested groups or individuals should contact Sentry corporate communications at 715-346-6779 to reserve a 20 minute time slot.
In September, Sentry Insurance announced plans to renovate the SentryWorld sports center which houses the pro shop, Sport Plate restaurant, multi-purpose courts, and event and banquet space.
