New York Strip – pan-seared and basted with garlic-thyme butter, and served with red wine demi, Yukon mash, and grilled asparagus $35

Braised Chuck Roll – slow-braised 10-ounce chuck roll, served with beef jus, crispy baby potatoes, and finished with carbonara butter $26
