Enjoy delicious food and great beer at Muse on March 9 at 6 p.m. The night features a five-course dinner paired with a variety of beers from Central Waters Brewing Co. to complement the meal. The popular Amherst-based brewery is celebrating 25 years in business this year. Make your reservation soon—limited seating is available.
Tickets cost $100 and include five courses of food and beverage. Tickets* must be purchased five days prior to the event. Stop at Muse or call 715-346-1800 to reserve your spot.
Amuse: Crispy Chicharron – pork belly, mango habanero sauce, cilantro, avocado
Paired with: PJ's Bourbon Barrel Stout Cocktail – rum, Mr. Black coffee liquor, demerara syrup
Course 1: Scallop Crudo* – cucumber, radish, lime coriander dressing, macadamia
Paired with: Probably Fine – farmhouse ale-saison, 5.8% ABV
Course 2: Smoked Stuffed Chicken Wing – jicama coconut dressed slaw, chorizo, watermelon honey
Paired with: S'getti – lager-American, 4.6% ABV
Course 3: Red Snapper* – plantain fritter, peppers, fried veg, salsa verde
Paired with: Sport Knitting – sour-other, 4.4% ABV
Course 4: Mole Sope* – wagyu hanger, pickled onion, shaved radish, cotija, cilantro
Paired with: 25th Anniversary Variant – American imperial stout, 12.7% ABV
Course 5: Fried Vanilla Rice Pudding – caramel stewed peaches, cinnamon sugar, spiced rum ice cream, chocolate shavings
