Our policies

Golf attire

We require proper golf attire in good taste and condition while on the course and practice areas.

Men: Shirts with collars, and shorts or slacks of appropriate length. Please avoid denim, cutoffs, and gym shorts.

Women: Shirts with collars (golf shirts without collars must have sleeves), and slacks, shorts, skorts, or capris of appropriate length. Please avoid denim, cutoffs, and gym shorts.

Footwear: Golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed—metal spikes are not. Athletic shoes and shoes without heels are acceptable.

Course rules

Golfers must be age 6 or older to play or ride along at SentryWorld. All golfers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Ride-along individuals who are not playing are allowed on the course for a cart fee. Non-golfing walkers are not allowed unless the course is reserved for a tournament.

You must be 16 or older and hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. The driver is responsible for any damages to the cart.

Carry-in coolers are prohibited in accordance with state liquor licensing laws [WI Statute 125.32(6)]. You must purchase all refreshments from SentryWorld—no outside food or beverage is permitted. Each golf cart is equipped with a cooler for your convenience.

We may pair up golfers to maximize tee time availability when necessary.

We’re unable to accommodate groups of more than four golfers per tee time.

Rain checks

When inclement weather occurs, we’ll accept cancellations until your scheduled tee time. Rain alone may not close the course for play. When rain or other inclement weather does close the course, we’ll issue rain checks for holes not completed. We will not issue refunds. 

Reservations and cancellations

You may reserve a tee time beginning February 1 of each year. We require a credit card to reserve your tee time. If you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance of your tee time. Cancellations under 7 days or no-shows will be charged in full.

Fieldhouse attire

The following attire is not permitted in the Fieldhouse:

  • Shoes with marking soles
  • Cutoff shorts or shirts—manufacturers’ sleeveless shirts are allowed
  • Clothing with inappropriate design, condition, or content for the activity being played

Fieldhouse rules

We encourage players to use the locker rooms while they are participating in any Fieldhouse activity. Players can take belongings into the Fieldhouse but can’t leave any items outside the Fieldhouse. 

SentryWorld is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All lost and found items will be taken to the SentryWorld Pro Shop. High value items will be taken to Sentry Insurance Security in Sentry’s headqaurters at 1800 North Point Drive.

All children age 15 or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the Fieldhouse.

Inappropriate behavior or language is prohibited.

All participants are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their equipment.

Fieldhouse reservations

  • Adults may make reservations seven days in advance.
  • Juniors (at SentryWorld, that’s age 18 or younger) may make reservations 72 hours in advance.
  • All players must pay their full applicable court fees prior to their reserved time.

You can cancel your court reservation 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, or no-show, you will be charged the applicable court fee.
